Books were moved in, holocrons sat patiently in a corner, hoping and praying for use, and the Dark Lord Darth Nexus sat at the desk, his right hand holding a data pad, his left arm slid under the cloak and resting on the chair's arm.The disappointment of not being able to see his new found Master was most troubling, an there was one name that kept coming to mind, Pandoras. Maybe the fellow Sith had already sensed that Nexus had taken up residence in the lower halls of the Academy, in the very last room of the prison hall. Yes Nexus had found the spacious and very well furnished room to be an excellent spot where he could remain alone, and yet at the same time not be.
From here Nexus could feed of the despair and hate of the future prisoners of the Sith Academy, people to be experimented on by the Dark Lord, Sith Alchemy was going to b something he delve into. For that he would need experiments, and things to experiment on. A few subjects came to mind, maybe working out his anger and frustrations on a lowly Rodian would solve some problems, the things were a credit a dozen after all. The Dark lord scanned threw some old Library files he had downloaded to this data pad, ones that the Assassin known as Pandoras had failed to sneak away from him.
He checked the page again, no this would simply not do, he needed to know how the results would turn out, a few safety runs before the real deal. Yes it may seem un-Sith like in nature but Nexus knew that if he wanted to appease the new Dark Lord of the Sith and keep in good graces with the other Sith Acolytes he needed to show them that he was useful. If one was not useful to a Sith they were worth only one other thing, nothing. If you were worthless to a Sith then you were in great trouble, for soon your life would likely end. That is why Nexus now rolled over another bit of information and discerned that he would indeed be needing worthy subjects for his plans.
Dropping the pad to the desk Nexus rose and glided across the floor to his door, where he promptly opened it and walked out into the hall. From here the girl, whom he still had no name for, looked up to see Nexus coming. She quickly moved to the side of the hall and let the Dark Lord walk by, his eyes never even registering she was there. She seemed to be doing a bit of cleaning in her room, which was actually just a modified cell to give her some form of privacy and a place to sleep. Nexus, unbeknownst to the girl, was thinking that maybe she should get her Pilot’s uniform back. There was however still the small detail of her possibly running away and an even greater threat of her wearing it around the Academy and not be recognized as a minion. No that would not do either, she was still useable by Nexus and he could see her future with the Academy laid out nicely. She could quite easily become someone the Dark Lord used to gather information from.
That girl will not like it, but I should have her marked as a minion of the Sith.
Nexus exited the hallway that led to the cells and turned, his sensitivity to the force tingled and he knew someone was close by, not sure who however. He merely continued on his way, he was looking for some sort of kitchen. While a Sith may not be considered human anymore, they did have to eat, and it had been almost 12 hours since his last meal, he hungered for something. Meat was at the top of the list, something freshly slain would be best, something he could still get the feel of death off of. He was not one to revel in the death of another; in fact death was something that seemed mute to him. He had slain his own parents without a drop of remorse or pity in his body, and even now he had forgotten them, what they looked like and who they were. To him they were just two more names that sat on his list of those he had brought death to, in one way or another.
Rounding another corner Nexus still wandered hoping to soon find something of a Kitchen, his only goal within the next hour was to get food, and maybe find someone who could tell him when their training was to begin exactly. He wanted to learn more about this knew master, and all he could find now was that the man was powerful, and that he was definitely someone not to take lightly. No this man was something more than that, something more than any of them; he was someone he commanded respect and Nexus knew it. Nexus figured the man must have once been Jedi, for any Sith like this should have arisen years ago on the ever hopeful scopes of Darth Nexus, he was always searching for someone to teach him more, someone to strengthen him. Now that man had come, and yet when he was so close his goal of reaching it had been stripped for a time by Pandoras and even the Master himself.
Where is that blasted Kitchen?

(((Since none of the other Sith want to say hello.....)))
Pandoras sat in the kitchen, rummaging through cabinets and cupboards looking for food. There was plenty in their, but Pandorases aims were specific. It had to e quick to make, nutritious enough to keep him at his best, and most importantly vacuumed sealed. I was the only food he could be certain none of the other Sith had tampered with, as the lightsaber was far behind poison when it came to in-fighting deaths.
Pandoras eventually found some Field rations, a fantastic food supply. Pandoras had acquired, or at least became immune to, the taste of them in his travels, and they lasted forever. They were sealed to it seemed, making them reliable.
Pandoras pulled one from the cupboard and opened it. When he didn't sense any air rushing inside when he did so, he immediately tossed it to the floor and grabbed another. Opening it with a nearly inaudible suction coming from the opening he made, he knew he would be fed for another month at least.
Pandoras examined the stock, removing any that were free of rips, cuts, stains, mold, discoloration, package alterations, or anything less than the manufactured average and in perfect condition. He left all those that failed his test in the kitchen, hoping some vermin would eat it. Whether that vermin were pests or other Sith was not a concern.
Stacking the acceptable packets in his arm, he started to make his way back to his room. He would keep his food supply there so it could not easily be tampered with. Pandoras was still going to be on guard about his food, but the chance he wouldn't starve increased substantially.
Moving through the temple halls, he spotted the one Master referred to as Fresto. Pandoras could sense he was looking for something, his frustrations from his inability to do so near tangible. then again his body language said pretty much the exact same thing, so it could easily be Pandorases imagine instead of the Force.

(OOC: The other Sith fear our power Pandoras ) Nexus' body was completely hidden, only his pace showed his eagerness to find food and to get something into his stomach. He was debating whether or not to just start breaking down doors and hope for the best. He was about to do just that when something sparked on the edge of his his senses, his ever present connection to the Force that would warm him when danger arose and when to act. His cold yellow eyes slid to the right and there was Pandoras, his arms cluttered with rations. Nexus brought up his right hand and flicked his wrist out, using the Force he grabbed onto one of the many field rations in Pandoras' grip and with another flick the sealed package came over to him, landing in the outstretched right arm with ease. It wasn't fresh, it was probably fifty years old, but it was still sealed and therefore still good. His left hand came out and the gloved digits easily slipped open the top, a small pop marking the sound of it being unsealed. Nexus toyed with the idea of eating here, but thought better of taking his mask off in front of Pandoras. He had his food, he could eat more comfortably in his room. For now though, getting to know a fellow Sith Acolyte was a much more interesting idea. Especially this Sith who seemed just as cunning and devious as Nexus, but with the will and ability of an assassin to boot. Nexus however doubted the boy had any real desires beyond furthering his own goals, or if he did he kept them well hidden. Nexus spoke, his voice crisp and clear although at the same time it seemed hallowed and ghostly, as if the man speaking were not a man at all. Some would argue he wasn't, that years of service to the Dark Side of the Force had turned him into something different, something inhuman. He was still a human, he just lacked the mental and emotional traits. So did that make him a human, or did it make him a monster in a human suit, it did not matter to Nexus. "So Pandoras, you seem to have once again beaten me to a prize. Care to put those books an files back in place yet?" He was of course referring to the fact that he still had yet to see those books and files taken from the library returned, and the fact that Pandoras seemed to be acting librarian made him the most likely suspect for being the thief. Of course maybe he was considering t a 'restricted' section. More like private section but Nexus could live with it for now. After all it would be a while before his experimentation could begin, and at the root of that experimentation lay Sith Alchemy. He will give them up eventually, even if I have to force him to do so. Everyone has a price, almost everyone, and I'm sure he would love to examine the holocron sitting in that room. Yes there's an idea, if I could just copy the data over and give him a dummy holocron... he would never know the difference. Oh yes, now that is an idea.Nexus' eyes flickered from Pandoras to the hall behind him, and mentally Nexus charted the course from room to this point. Now he had a fix on where he would need to come next time he was looking for food, and he would be sure to go out and get some more food soon. Looks like he was taking on two jobs now, chef and warden, what a problem.

Pandoras watched as his food supply became even smaller, unable to do anything about it while carrying the large amount of food. It was one pack, and there was a good chance many of them were still tainted in some way, so the loss of one that he was not certain f was not terribly distressing.
"It seems the Force favored me, as the food I brought with me ran out this morning."
Pandoras didn't bother to answer the request to return the information he stole from the library immediately. It was unlikely that Fresto would ever see all the information, as Pandoras had added it to the collection of that he brought and intend to keep it that well. If knowledge was power, one should hide it well after all.
"Sorry, I'm not one to give up an edge until I am able to grab a new one."

Nexus wasn't very pleased with the first answer, what a load of Bantha, it wasn't the Force that guided him to the kitchen, and it wasn't the Force that favored the weaker of the two. Nexus knew that Pandoras held this books and files, it was obvious in the way he held it over Nexus and the others, like it was his little treasure or something. IN all actuality he should be sharing that information with he rest of them, this was place of learning after all, it wasn't his place to hold the others back. He was a very good Sith, that much was apparent, Nexus in some ways liked, if you could call Nexus' form of friendship friendship, Pandoras and could see him as a friend... soon would be best.
After his second comment Nexus' eyes merely showed an understanding, to get that information you needed something more valuable to trade, a Sith Holocron should do the trick. Mind you it would not be the one he had found on Naboo, no that one was special. He would hand over the one he found on Tattonie, that one would truly be no loss at all to Nexus. The one from Naboo however, the one from his home, it was powerful enough to still hold many of it's secrets locked deep, deep inside it's core, possibly even holding knowledge of the original Sith lords. Getting into that one would definitely be worth the wait.
"Is a Sith Holocron enough of an edge? I'm sure the ones in the library are still blocking you out are they not?"
He spoke coolly, in that same tone that broke the wills of men and dominated the wills of others. Yes Nexus was what one might call a true Sith, although he was far from it right now. Yes he possessed within him, like all Sith did, the potential to become a Sith Lord, or maybe even become heir to the title of Dark Lord of the Sith, but there was always a catch involved with that sort of thing. One of those catches, was that to be great, you had to be clever. Pandoras, as it turned out, was most definitely clever. Letting his eyes flicker across Pandoras once more Nexus spoke again, same tone, same rhythm, same voice as always.
"So tell me Pandoras, when did you first arrive here on Korriban?"

"The ones in the library are not hard to get open, they're not even connected to the main server they're so easy to hack. It's the inner files on the network that bother me, they're going to take so long to break that I have had to shut off access to even attempting to guard them."
Pandoras listened as Fresto continued, learning that its best to listen until someone stops talking, mostly to see if they trip on their own words, or at least involve tripping over their late ones.
"As for Korriban, I arrived here many years ago when I was little. I actually have blood connections to ancient Sith. As for this recent arrival, it will be a month soon. As for the holocron you mentioned, media is only as good as what it holds, and a single holocron is but a single book in the information I hold. After all, I have gathered many before I even raided the library."

Amazing, so this one was one of partial Sith blood. That could come in handy when his experimentation came around, he would only need a small blood sample of course, and it would be... relatively, harmless. However Pandoras still kept his grip on the information in those holocrons and books tight, Nexus would have to try and get them another time, for now just getting t o know the man who possessed them would suit him.
" How careless of me, no wonder in my travels I came across so few."
Nexus shifted his right hand under his cloak and the material furrowed a bit at the edges, showing that his right hand now lay right at his side, instead of across his waist as before. Nexus would need a good reason to go for his saber, a VERY good reason, and this was not one of them, chasing after this Assassin was not one of them. He could however find something out from the man, hopefully something that would be of great value to all Sith.
"Ever come across any Sith Alchemy?"
His voice now changed, for the first time in a long time, it asked an honest question, wanting to know a truth, not a lie or a fabrication, no Nexus wanted the truth this time, and he would worm his way around the subject until he got in and found what he wanted. He still had his ace in the whole for dealing with the holocrons though, a very nice ace up his sleeve that he would hold until he could throw Pandoras off guard, catch him at his weak spot and repeatedly strike at that point. The mind was like a a diamond, find the exact point where all points converged, and you could turn the hardest natural substance known to man, and shatter it into a million pieces.

(OOC: The points of the post is important, not the size of the package)
"Hmmm......Sith Alchemy.......The sheer number of topics that could cover makes such a term pointless. Though since I spent a good amount of my life deliberately gathering information and holocrons before coming here, I'll definitely have something....a few things come to mind of the top of my head, using microscopic force push-like techniques to alter chemical make up, and force lightning to energize atoms into isotopes and such."
~Sith Alchemy.....for him to find such a difficult practice worth being his main topic of inquiry, his holocron must surely pertain to it~
Fresto was giving away far more information than he realized. Pandoras now knew what he was after....and more importantly, how to impede his progress if he needed to. The thing Pandoras couldn't stop asking himself however was why Fresto wanted to know. Sith Alchemy was a subject Pandoras shied away from mostly, being told it was a dangerous subject until highly trained by.
Pandoras immediately stopped his thoughts there, instinctively shutting them down and burying the information as deep into his mind as he could, forgetting he had even thought of it until the time when it was important. Those thoughts could not be thought here, it was far too dangerous.
"You interest betrays your motives Fresto......if you want the data I have on Sith Alchemy, all of it, you'll have to give me access to everything you have, and of course I'll have to hear your intentions."

(ooc: Touche')
Nexus's eyes did not, in any way, reveal the small victory he had just won. Yes he knew of Sith Alchemy, not only from his Naboo Holocron, which was safely hidden away, but from the Tatoonie one as well, which briefly mentioned it at the beginning of it's core memory. The thing was something anyone would instantly pick up on as being important in the manner the guardian of the Holocron gave up the information. Ah yes, there was a subject all holocrons were similar in, their Guardians. Essentially sentient life forms locked within a holocron to act as a controlled search engine of sorts. It kept certain data away from younger and lower ranked force users, sometimes even locking themselves out altogether. Then there was the fact that the Guardians required specific instruction or they would simply find a 'relevant' file. Just like their creators the Guardians of Sith holocrons would be vague and play tricks on you. You had to be exact, or you would never find what you were actually looking for.
"That won't be a problem Pandoras. My intentions however should be clear as day to any Sith. We would fall easily due to numbers if we were to face the Jedi Order now. My intentions are to make sure we have suitable soldiers to combat such a threat. What I need to do this however, is the data and books you currently have in your possession."
Nexus' words ended almost as fast as they began, his body language still not revealing that he had, indeed, come up with a plan to keep Pandoras in the dark while at the same time getting what he needed. This is where Nexus excelled, playing his shadow games, his games of information warfare and of persuasion. If Pandoras was lucky he might one day see the Naboo Holocron, the one that had taught Nexus everything he now knew. Of course, with Nexus given data to that data that Pandoras had locked away, he would soon have the information he needed to create a new army of the Sith, a Grand army of the Sith, one capable of giving the New Jedi Order a reason to worry.
"I believe that covers my end of the bargain Pandoras, now it's your turn. What are your intentions with all that data, all those holocrons, all that vast information that could aid your fellow Sith?"

"If your going o tell a lie, I suggest you make it believable around here."
Pandoras didn't believe for a second what Nexus had told him to be true. It was possible that with Sith Alchemy such an army could be rasied....over generations and with expansive resources. It was not a wise way to build an army, as one could build an army of droids, clones, or even enslave some Mandalorians if one wanted an army. This method would require a good many years to just figure out the process for a person, but to organize it for a planets worth of people would be a life-time at best.
"We're Sith, we use our knowledge to strengthen ourselves. That is the aim of my gathering, to get all the power I can, for my own reasons, just as you do for yourself. I don't care what your reasons are, but this Alchemy could make a person stronger. If that is a path your willing to explore, I'm willing to help for my benefit. You can pretend to keep me in the dark all you want, but unless I see something hear something worth my time I'll never bother helping you."
Pandoras lowered his food for a moment, making the next point very clear. He wouldn't be misheard, it wouldn't be misinterpreted, and it certainly would get the point across.
"You may have been able to manipulate a few nerf herders elsewhere in the galaxy with such manipulation, but your in a Sith academy. No one trusts anyone here, as every person is as much an assassin as an accomplice. If you want to get anywhere, be prepared to compromise yourself, because empty words will not get you far. If you ready to give me an interesting or more believable excuse, and be willing to prove it, then "
Pandoras raised his food back up and walked past Nexus, heading back toward his room. If Nexus bothered with something interesting he might stop and if it actually intrigued him he might ask him to follow. Otherwise, he had more reliable profits to earn.

Nexus laughed out loud as the Assassin walked off, how naive this one was. Not all SIth were out there to solely gain their own personal power. First off there were Sith who would want to see the entire organization grow into a large and dominating force. Sure Nexus would get to reside near the top, controlling people as he saw fit. That however was not his ultimate goal, some Sith needed to carry on the actual name, to ensure that greedy people like Pandoras didn't riin it for the rest, that people liek him didn't bring about the downfall.
Nexus turned and faced the retreating back of Pandoras before he spoke, his voice cutting the air like a knife. The words he spoke were harsh and unforgiving, meant to inflict the pain that followed them. The insults had been nothing, nothing at all. Nexus knew that Pandoras was getting annoyed, and doing something like that only made it easier for peopl like Nexus to work their way in.
"You call yourself a Sith Pandoras, but all you really are is a man who wants power. A true Sith would look for a way to continue the existence of the order. You're right on trust, why should I turst an Assassin? Oh and as for the alchemy, I never said it would be for me nor that it would greatly benefit me, I have no desire to become stronger threw anything but my own means."
With those words Nexus turned once more and headed off for his chambers, hoping to get some food in his stomach and maybe even find some more in his holocrons. The alchemy he was after was somethign that would allow him to easily mass produce monsters that would help only the Sith in the galaxy. Nexus' eyes still held the same look, the one that would reveal not a thing abotu him or his intent. He had successfully managed to lead Pandoras down adifferent path, one totally different from where he intended to go.
As Nexus came back into his own hallway the woman was still cleaning up a bit, getting rid of dirt and cobwebs and small things in the way. Nexus' eyes rolled onto her and she froze, broom still in hand. Nexus brought his hand up and ran it over her cheek, his middle ad index fingers running down and then stopping just before her lips. She didn't move, didn't do a thing, just stood there and let the Dark Lord do as he wished.
"Come."
Was all he said as he walked pas her and into his room, she quickly followed him in and he closed the door, cutting off any and all contact to the outside world, physically at least.

Pandorases head turned at back as Nexus spoke, not really caring much for his words. The only ones that were important were the first two, as anything after that was based solely on lies as far as Pandoras saw it.
"You seem to have a false impression about the Sith. The Master has no use for anyone who isn't willing to take his power from him. If your aims are so social perhaps you'd be better to go to Jedi instead"
Pandoras walked off, knowing that this person would never be an issue again. He was not Sith, and therefore would not be a thorn. He was a simple foot soldier of the temple, nothing more.
