Yes indeed. I was trying to remember the name of one of the higher level Jedi classes, and it had me thinking. Since we moved the branching classes of the Sith to default as Jedi Guardian/Consular/Sentinel are, then what happens to the Jedi Weaponmasters and the Jedi Watchmen? Will we continue to use these, or just blend them with the Jedi Master rank?

Here's the deal: In the KoTOR games, there were six prestige classes, but only three regular classes, considering you could not start out as a sith in either game. Since we're taking these classes directly from that game just for organizing purposes, since they are hardly even talked about in any other media of the Star Wars Galaxy, for our RP, the Sith 'Prestige classes' are equivalent in explanation to their mirror for the Jedi's regular classes. The Jedi Prestige classes aren't going to exist, and the Sith Prestige classes aren't as powerful as they are in-game.

Well it makes sense... but I think when my character becomes an acclaimed "Jedi Master", I'll instead merely name him a Jedi Watchmen. I can't really imagine him a Jedi Master, and considering a Jedi Weaponmaster is nothing more than a hardcore Mace Windu, I'd prefer to be a Crusader to Justice. Oh well, thanks for clearing that up Master.... *bows*

Well, of course, he IS your character, you can call him whatever you'd like. For actual character sheet reference though, he'd be, I suppose, a very specialized form of Jedi Sentinel.
