The Spice runner Brackish, came hurtling toward the surface of Korriban. As the ship neared 50-60 feet from the surface a lone figure could be seen jumping out of the back.
Samir Duran smashed into a small rock formation when he hit the ground. he got up and brushed himself off, he could feel a small bit of pain in his ribs. he turned around and saw a giant cloud of dust rise, and seconds later heard the smash of the ship into the rocky surface of Korriban.

*Cal struggled to get back to the cockpit in order to try to avoid a crash. He activated the retro-rockets and opened the bay doors to provide drag and slow the decent. He then began pulling up, while keeping a close eye on his speed. "It's gonna be close..." He readjusted his angle of decent so the bottom-right (from his perspective) would absorb most of the impact. As the rocks rushed up to great him, he thought briefly of Duran. The impact jarred him out of his seat. He hit the floor hard. He got up and began systematically checking for injuries. His left arm was most likely broken, as were several of his ribs, but he seemed otherwise good. He winced at the pain, but it only fueled his desire for vengeance.*

Stupid Moron...
Samir looked around at his surroundings. He was in a desert. It seemed to him the entire planet was one huge desert. His hand went to his side, a natural thing for him.
No saber. D*mn...
He looked around and saw it upon a ledge, about 20 feet up. He ran at the rock formation, used Force Jump, and got 3/4 of the way there. Duran grabbed onto the top of the ledge and pulled himself up. Instead of going for his saber right away he took this time to look around. Off in the distance he could see the Sith Temple. And not so far away he could the "Brackish". From his sitting on the ledge he used Force Pull and brought his saber to him.
That was the odd thing about Samir Duran. He could use the Force's basic powers outside of combat with ease, it once just once his mind let go and grew into the frenzy it gets into in battle, he looses all control. the Jedi say control your anger, control your rage, don't let your emotions full you. That is why so many Jedi died. They failed to see what was right. They only ever survived because there were a few individuals who would always manage to live.
Duran would change that. He would kill every last Jedi. Every last person who was ever a Jedi. He knew now that the Sith were the proper way to be.
Duran pushed himself off the ledge and landed on the ground below. he brushed his hands off and moved toward were he had seen the Temple.

*Cal exited the ship and surveyed the damage. He sighed, then looked at the rocky landscape. It would eas get lost, so he decided to climb an outcropping to see if he could see the Academy. He did indeed see it, and gathering his equipment, began to journey towards it.*

(OOC- You two want some company? If not I can delete this. But if you guys have some plot already planned out you could just pm it to me and I will fit myself into it.)
Darth Semaj had reached Korriban in his transport ship. He knew this to be the same planet as the Sith temple, his destination. He was currently circling the planet's orbit attempting to sense life. He figured that if he found signs of life, he would find the temple. This process seemed useless after five straight hours of deep focus and he was about to give up and head for the planet itself so he could search with his eyes instead of the force. That was until he spotted a ship hurtling straight for the planet.
Chasing toward the ship, he made sure to keep his own ship stable as to not deal with the same problems the other one seemed to be having with control. His ship was made for planet to planet travel and the other seemed to not be. It was either that, or the pilots were less than efficient at handling their ship.
Keeping an eye on the ship while flying toward the planet was a simple enough task for Semaj. His caution payed off in dividends when he caught a glimpse of the sith temple and was able to easily pull up and steer closer to the temple while the other ship kept moving and crash landed.
He surveyed the landscape in an attempt to try and find a safe place to land. He was able to station his ship in a medium depth sink hole that was nearly a mile from the temple. Taking the activation cardkey out of his ship and placing it in his pants pocket under his cloak, he exited the vehicle. He then jumped out of the sinkhole with force jump and headed toward the temple at blinding speeds.
Arriving at the temple in seconds, he looked around the desert for signs of any survivors from the other ship's crash. At first he saw nothing, but after he scanned the wasteland for a few more minutes he was able to see someone pull themself onto a ledge. "Hmm, that was a big jump. This guy must be familiar with the force."
Following this, Semaj was then able to slightly sense another being farther away. He guessed the second survivor sat through the crash while the other got out before he felt the worst of it. Thinking that his explanation was the most logical one he could think of, he then was able to see a very small silhouette climb onto a far away bedrock. "Looks like I'm gonna be having some company. These two better not get in my way."
He knew that he was virtually invisible to the others because he was in the shadows of the temple. They were visible to him because they stood out in the desert that they were in.

Little did Semaj know, he was not alone in his journey.
Since he had left his prior port, Deryn Kaltos had been following him. Noticing the lightsaber at his belt flash by briefly, the man quietly took behind the Twi'lek, single-mandedly following him, just far enough behind so as not to attract attention from him. Knowing Jedi were masters of mind games, Deryn did his best not to think of the murderous intentions he had for this pitiful Force-User. When Semaj had taken off, all it took were a few 'off the books' credits to the dockhand at port to find out his transponder codes, and thus, Deryn took off as well, in his Corellian YT-2400 light freighter, legally christened the Harpoon, but which Deryn had affectionally nicknamed the Force's End. It did not take long to search the space around to find the ship that matched the transponder codes Deryn had acquired, and thus to match his hyperspace coordinates.
Half an hour after Semaj exited hyperspace in the Korriban system, Deryn did so as well, piloting the Harpoon down into the atmosphere, quite a few klicks away from Semaj's point of landing so as not to arouse suspicion. When Semaj had exited his vehicle, Deryn was there, tailing him endlessly, keeping to shadows and staying far enough away so as not to arouse his Jedi suspicion. He might have used Force Speed, but the speeds he used kick up a dirt trail that Deryn could follow for hours after he left.
Finally, Semaj found himself standing in the shadow of a temple, looking out at two other beings in the distance. Quickly, Deryn took to scaling the temple, using the staggered blocks and holes in the old walls to find his hand- and foot-holds. Soon enough, Deryn was atop the temple, laying against the dusty stone. He donned his bioscan shades, looking out at the two new arrivals.
High midichlorian count... three Jedi in one place... this could be either very good, or very bad...
Deryn remained quiet, but reached down with his right hand to his thigh holster, removing one of his blasters and quietly surveying the scene, well out of view of anyone else present.

Semaj kept to the shadows a while longer as he surveyed the two survivors. He decided to enter the temple when he realized nothing but bad would come from him meeting them. If they didn't try to kill him, they would surely try to hitch a ride off the planet. Not that it would be a practical problem if they joined him, he flew a transport ship and had plenty of food. He just didn't like the company.
Semaj tried to push the door of the temple open. This was unsuccessful as he quickly realized that the oversized door weighed nearly a ton. Despite his inability to open the door with his bare hands, he was able to move it using the force. He had to admit that the door wasn't easy to get open even when he was using his strongest force push.
Walking into the temple, he closed the door the same way he opened it. He then walked farther into the massive room. It seemed completely empty except for what seemed to be a podium of some kind. Finding an entrance to a second room, he decided to see if anything was there. Before long, he sensed a presence somewhere near him. 'Did one of the survivors get here already?' he thought, reaching for his lightsaber. He couldn't easily believe that the two survivors were able to get through the door without making a sound. They seemed much to weak from their crash to pull off something like that. He decided that it was probably somebody else that was making him feel this way. The feeling of someone near him began to grow a little stronger as he kept an eye out for anyone else in the temple.
The second room seemed to be a library. When Semaj walked up to a bookcase, he noticed that every book was based on Sith culture. 'Ahh, just what I was looking for.' he thought, grabbing a book on how to make smaller footprints while using force speed.

"You should really be more cautious, as not all threats can be seen with normal eyes."
Pandoras released his force cloak, allowing himself to become visible to the Twi'lek. Pandoras had watched him as he entered the temple, practicing his force cloak as he did so. He made himself aware to the twi'lek because he had arrived first, was a marauder, yet went to the library. Typical behavior for a true marauder would be to start digging into the wreckage for lightsaber crystals and relics. This one had chosen to earn his power however, and this interested Pandoras.
Pandoras had no lightsaber drawn, though given his guest lack of perception he could of already of stricken him down if he did. However, Pandoras had perceived the Masters intension's from earlier, and would not kill the others as they arrived in fear of angering him.
"I've read it, I find the techniques useful for my force cloak as well, though there is little along basic in their. If you would prefer some advance literature, I have a holocron which discusses effective techniques to maintain lightsaber deflection with a two-handed lighsaber in all directions. I don't use such a weapon, but as a marauder perhaps you would find use in it."
Pandoras said nothing of the Master or his orders so far. If the Twi'lek wanted to know anything he would have to ask, and Pandoras believed the master was waiting until all the others arrived until making an appearance. His master eccentrics and cryptic methods began to irritate Pandoras, as his patience was running thin. The methods reeked of Jedi.
At the thought of reeking, Pandoras felt out with his force sense, detecting the other arrivals. One seemed stronger in the force than the other two, Pandoras hoping perhaps someone besides a marauder had arrived for once. The others force caught his attention for the second time though.....it reeked with familiarity.
~Ah.....seems someone visited Dxun.~
While entertaining his thoughts, Pandoras caught site of another being near by....he had not seen it earlier because of the others, as Pandoras lacked the mastery to sense candles next to suns quite yet. Pandoras made nothing of it, as this was a place were the force ruled and one without it was not of consequence.

(OOC- if any of you ever don't get something I posted, just pm me.)
Semaj wondered exactly how vulnerable he had been as he looked at the human who seemed to come out of nowhere.
"Who are you?" he asked with venom in his voice. He was angered at the fact that someone had just sneaked up on him without much trouble.
He could now sense the strength of this being. Semaj knew that this person's head would make a fine trophy if the chance ever presented itself. Despite his lust for a challenge, he knew not to be stupid enough to kill him. Semaj would need a guide to show him where the famous master was. This was the entire reason for his coming here in the first place.
Deciding it would be better if he kept himself from being hated by the master's lapdog, Semaj began to act less aggressive. He waited for the person to introduce himself before he inquired about the previously mentioned holocron.

"I am Darth Pandoras, as of right now the closest Sith to becoming the Dark Apprentice, and the first of my Masters students, as few as they are."
Pandoras leaned against the shelf from which the Twi'lek gathered his reading. His hand lifted up and he pointed his thumb toward the back of the library. From there a faint glow was emitting from the lamp of Pandorases simple camp site.
"I've also taken the responsibility as librarian in my spare time, so infrequent is his presence. So, intruding into my home away from and refusing my expertise aside, who are you?"

"I am Darth Semaj, son of Elad Nella. I hail from Ryloth and I am here to grow in my knowledge of the force using your master's teachings as guidance."
Semaj wasn't sure what to think of Pandoras. He didn't seem to fit Semaj's mental image of a Dark Apprentice. "What exactly did you have to do to become a student here?" This seemed like the best question to ask at this point. If he already knew what was required of him, than he would be able to begin preparing now.

"Oh, its a rather complex task really. First I took these....."
Pandoras slapped his legs with his palms, making a few taps to echo in the large library. He then went about continuing.
"and I used them to get to the spaceport where I keep my ship. Then...well I believe you can guess the rest. The Masters recruitment is about as thorough as his training."
Pandoras meant no disrespect by his comments, his rare bout of sarcasm actually displaying frustration with the Master rather. It was a horrible habit he had adopted since arriving on Korriban for his second visit. Since he was unable to simply kill the Master when he angered him like most people, Pandoras had found the construction and proper delivery of humor a decent enough outlet.
"Your pretty much being a student right now, though if you'd prefer something more formal you could spend the next few hours searching the entire temple in hopes of finding him. Or you could do something productive like read that book, view my holocron, or perhaps get rid of that bothersome normal person who followed you"
Bothersome was the first word Pandoras said with any actual disrespect to it. Pandoras had little patience for those who were not knowledgeable in the force, and it showed even in the slightest bit of speech. Pandorases mood cheered up slightly though, as he was enjoying the closest thing to an enjoyable conversation in a long time.
"Of course, if you would rather relax after your journey, I always have my pazaak deck ready. Bets or galactic senate rules, I'm always up for a game."

Semaj let a smile slip out at the mention of pazaak. It was a game that he had grown rather fond of during his times of poverty. "Ok Pandoras, let me take care of the worm first, then we can play a few games."
He then began to walk towards the exit. Getting about half-way he stopped. "Why don't you get that holocron ready while I'm gone." he said as he force pushed the door wide open.
He then concentrated on where the weakling was. It wasn't long before he realized that his stalker was on top of the temple, most likely waiting for the perfect time to attack. 'Easy prey' he thought, drawing his lightsaber and force-jumping onto the roof. He saw the jedi-hunter instantly and decided to try and get a few answers out of him before they fought.
"Well well well, it looks like this place has roaches. So are you gonna tell me your name or should we just get this over with?"

As Semaj entered the temple, Deryn's hand rose to his 'sunglasses', flipping with a few devices on the sides. Instantly, his vision became awash in shades of purples, blues, reds, yellows and oranges as the thermal goggles came to life. In the heat of the Korriban desert, it was no easy task sorting out what heat signatures came from where, but thankfully, the stone temple was insulated enough to allow for the relative coolness of the stone to serve as a dampening point, making the two signatures inside the temple shine brighter than a beacon.
Wait... two?
Deryn's eyebrows raised, but he spoke not a word, silently regarding his prey as he conversed with this new, sudden figure, who, judging from the surprise of the entrant's body language, had been cloaked until recently. Deryn wished he could have owned a directional mic at the moment, however, he was not one to want for what he had not, when there were more pressing details to be had. Specifically, the entrant of the temple seemed to be moving outside, the rising heat signature of his body indicating many possible things, most probably being the rise of adrenaline. The Jedi's blood was boiling, he was ready for a fight.
Deryn had a good idea that he knew exactly who that fight was going to be with.
Unstrapping a concussion grenade from his belt, Deryn placed it on the edge of the roof, just in the nook between the half-wall and the rooftop, drawing his second pistol then and quickly rolling away from the spot. He knew the Jedi senses enough to know that they could not accurately pinpoint a person's position with their powers alone, but merely a general area. Thus, Semaj would know Deryn was on the roof, he would not know in what specific spot he was standing.
Semaj leapt to the roof, but before he'd be able to land or even speak, two blaster bolts would ring out in very rapid succession from Deryn's modified Heavy Blasters. The first would fire in a direction that, if unblocked, would fire right above Semaj's left shoulder. The second, quickly thereafter, would be aimed directly for the concussion grenade. Unless Semaj's Jedi senses were almost perfectly fine-tuned, he would have to choose one or the other: Either a blaster bolt that, for all intents and purposes, looked enough like it would strike him square in the face for even a Jedi to let pass by, or a blaster bolt that would ignite a concussion grenade that, from that range, would surely knock the Twi'lek unconscious.

(OOC- What exactly was the point in purposely missing him with the first shot? Wouldn't it be more effective if Deryn actually tried to hit him?)
Semaj couldn't say he was surprised that he was immediately attacked by the stranger. He knew that any non force-users who spent their time on the roof of a sith temple were most likely up to no good. This person was probably one of those jedi killers that are holding a grudge because of something that the jedi did to them. Semaj had encountered entire enterprises full of just these type of people and he knew how to weed them out.
Jumping onto the roof, he only had time to see the hunter pointing a blaster at him before the shots were fired. The first shot was heading toward Semaj's face, and the second was aimed for a nearby charge. Thinking fast, he quickly lit one side of his duel-edged saber and deflected the blaster bolt that was aimed for the grenade while simultaneously ducking his body down so that the initial blast would miss as well. In the same smooth motion, Semaj then jumped toward his attacker, lighting the other side of his saber just in case.
Reaching his opponent, he started his assault by slicing the hunter's guns in two with his saber. He then used force pull to pull the goggles and belt off of the hunter and over the edge of the roof. He was toying with his prey, one of his favorite past times.

Pandoras sat in his bunk, flipping with one hand the holocron he had mentioned earlier and in the other looking over his pazaak deck. It was full of rare cards, those he had won in his games across the galaxy. He heard the beginning of the blaster fire, and looked up and divided his attention for a moment.
~Seems like he found him.....+/- 3 and +/-2 are essential.....maybe he'll kill him and I'll have one less competitor to worry about.....hmmmm the even number switch card hasn't bee useful lately, I'll take it out.....wait, if he dies, who else on this rock will I play pazaak with?~
Pandoras set his holocron and cards next to his lightersabers, and began to walk toward the temple entrance. He might as well greet the other arrivals more formally, though he knew he wouldn't need his saber. No Sith would fight in his Masters realm, and no one blind to the force would require it to be dealt with.

(OOC: It's the No-Death rule in play. Had Deryn actually aimed for the face and you couldn't have blocked it, it'd have been rather fatal. This way it kind of places more emphasis on the knockout blow than the fatal one. Oh, and since I imagined those blasts happening at the apex of your leap, you'd have had to drop your saber fairly low to deflect the grenade-bound one, but I didn't specify, so no harm, no foul.)
Deryn smirked as the saber-wielder displayed that Jedi-like quickness, managing to deal with both blaster bolts in a timely manner. However, Deryn wasn't near done just yet. When both bolts missed, Deryn rushed forth, guns still drawn. As the dual-edged lightsaber, the one variable that Deryn had not foreseen, and thus caused his trap to fail, came downwards, Deryn caught both blades on each of his forearms, his arms angled inwards. The thickly-woven cortosis guantlets instantly stopping the blades, and no doubt causing some bit of surprise in the Jedi's eyes.
Both triggers pulled, and twin blaster bolts would burn down and across the Jedi's back, and twin instantly cauterized gashes would appear in the wake of them. Leaving no time for reaction, Deryn rolled backwards, his arms rolling up so that they were against the saber blades, but between them and the Jedi's body. As he rolled back, one of at least two things would essentially happy, depending on the Jedi's decision. Would he release the saber, it would be thrown backwards, most likely off the very roof they fought upon. Would he retain his grip on the saber, he himself would be thrown back, and Deryn's left foot planting into his opponent's stomach and kicking out as he rolled back would ensure that his opponent was thrown as far back as possible.
If separation was made, Deryn would quickly step toward the edge of the roof that Semaj had jumped from, turning and crouching to face the opponent, a wry smirk on his face.
This one must not be much of a Jedi... I'm able to stand up toe-to-toe against him so far...

Semaj wasn't expecting what happened next. His opponent lifted his arms out at the two ends of the jedi's lightsaber. The first thought that went through Semaj's mind was that his opponent was mad. But less than a second later, he no longer wondered why the hunter did this. "Where do you get this stuff?!" he grunted as his sabers were short-circuited by the gauntlets.
Semaj instantly attempted to jump straight up into the air after this happened but was stopped as the hunter wrapped his arms around Semaj's shoulders. He knew that his opponent would be ready to shoot his blasters at any time so he would have to move quickly.
To escape the hold Deryn had on him, Semaj would duck down and rush past Deryn on the right side. This would have to be quick so that he could dodge the blasters, so he would use force speed for it.
After getting past Deryn's attack, Semaj would force jump backwards, flying straight over his opponent as he did so. He would then land in the same spot as when he started the fight, not sure what to think of what just happened in his last attack. Sure he was just playing around with this guy, but it seemed that his opponent may actually be more trouble than he thought. This human had been able to surprise him a number of times in a period of just a few seconds. Semaj was very embarrassed and hoped that if Pandoras was keeping track of the battle, he knew that Semaj wasn't going all out on this hunter.
"Alright human, you want a fight? Than let me show you why the jedi are feared throughout the galaxy."
Saying this, Semaj then reactivated his lightsaber and used his saber throw technique, aiming for his opponent's legs. Semaj was just trying to test out his opponent and see what other gadgets the human was hiding before he started a second assault. In the near impossible event that his opponent could catch the thrown saber, Semaj would easily be able to use force speed to take it from him

A sudden powerful presence appeared behind Pandoras, causing a chilling sensation to drive through the Assassin. Darth Malfius stood silent for a few moments, his appearance strange, considering he had not been seen for several days. When finally he spoke, his voice seemed almost hollow. His deep voice as a ghostly noise that itched at the back of your neck. Pandoras had been only just moments ago speaking lightly of the Dark Lord… But perhaps he had forgotten the sheer chill that he inspired, merely by entering a room.
“The Marauder is to deal with the flea himself…” He told his student coldly. “If he cannot deal with a hunter… Then he will stand no chance against a Jedi…” And then suddenly, Malfius’s hand gripped firmly onto Pandoras’s shoulder. A strange sensation would fill his shoulder. Like the midichlorians in that part of his body had began to vibrate at high speeds, almost as though the Dark Lord’s touch was reaching beyond the flesh, and onto his very spirit.
“Tomorrow… The training begins…” His words poured against Pandoras’s skull. “Gather those who have already arrived, and bring them before me in the throne chamber…” He told the Acolyte, issuing his first real order. “The beginning of the rise of the Sith empire begins in 24 hours… No one is to enter the throne chamber before then… Understand?” His hand slipped from the Sith’s shoulder, as his presence vanished from the room. But regardless… He would hear his underlings answer sure enough…

A tingling sensation crawled it's way up Pandorases spine, before drilling its way into his head. His master was behind him, issuing commands regarding the newest arrival. He listened to them, though his mind was elsewhere. He had been criticizing his master just minutes ago, and more likely than not he knew. He expected his neck to tighten under his grip any second.
Pandoras found himself brought back to reality as his Masters hand was placed on his shoulder. It was an odd feeling, as if his shoulder itself became more sensitive to the very universe around it, but at the same time it was chilling to the bone. His Master issued the first words regarding training. Perhaps his master actually took his opinions to heart, or perhaps like himself he had lost patience with waiting. Regardless of the reason, it seemed that they agreed the time was now.
Oddly enough, Pandoras felt more comfortable with this. It seemed like his Master was rewarding him for his thinking rather than punishing, as he was giving him orders instead of another and was actually giving him cues to speak to him. Compared to their other meeting, this was a drastic improvement.
"Yes, my master......"
Pandoras turned away from the entrance, heading to the security room. The system had been fixed by Pandoras during his time at the temple and from their he could watch the fight unfold. He would not be healing the marauder today, and if he died it would be up to the next Sith who came along to defeat him.
As Pandoras gazed into the monitor, watching the scene unfold, he quickly closed the temples front door via the console, locking it. The hunter would have to kill every Sith outside the temple before Pandoras could justify killing him personally.
